1. THE PRE-GAME
In the lead up to a Cleanse, we recommend that you remove coffee and alcohol for at least 48 hours before your Cleanse. You may experience mild withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, which is why it’s a great idea to get on top of this change as soon as possible. Between juices, you may find a herbal tea tides you over and gives you that little oomph you need.
2. h2WOAH – Hydration is KEY
Water will be your BEST friend before, during, and after a Cleanse – we recommend that you begin increasing your intake now and try to maintain drinking 2.5L of water per day.

By the end of your Cleanse, your guts will have consumed an invaluable amount of hugely-nutritious fresh produce – GO GUTS!
In your Cleanse Box, you will receive a card with a QR Code on it. Scanning it will give you access to our VIB (Very Important Booklet). Packed with nutritional information, a profile on each juice, some encouraging words from our trusted nutritionists, and a timetable which outlines which juice you should be having (the labels on top are indicative of the order you take them in).
